“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concem for a period of at least twelve months from the date when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Previously, Fabplus operated under a toll manufacturing model, whereby the parent company purchased raw materials and Fabplus recovered its costs (including labour and overheads) together with an agreed markup. From January 2024, this changed to a contract manufacturing model under which Fabplus now procures the raw materials directly, undertakes the fabrication process, and invoices with a markup on materials, labour, and overheads.”
