“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements. The directors have received assurances that the company will have access to the Hilton Food Group plc's financial resources for a period of at least one year from the date of signing of the financial statements and that companies in the Group will not demand repayment of any intercompany debt where the company does not have the financial resources to effect such payment. In the longer term, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future and that its financial support will be sufficient for the company to continue to trade and meet its obligations as they fall due.”
