“After making enquiries and carrying out a review of these forecasts, the directors are satisfied that the company has sufficient cash and liquidity headroom to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due for the period to 30 September 2027 and therefore a reasonable expectation that the group and company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
