“The directors have prepared cashflow forecasts reflecting their best estimate of trading activity over the next 12 months. The directors have an expectation that they have adequate resources to allow the Company, the Beannchor Group and its individual subsidiaries to continue their operations for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This is in part due to strong cash reserves, the availability of banking support and confirmation from related parties that amounts outstanding will not be called for payment until such times as there are adequate cash resources to fund settlement.”
