“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

- “Subsequent to the year end, a fire occurred at one of the Companys premises which resulted in the destruction of the building. The incident took place after the reporting date and therefore no adjustment has been made to the amounts recognised in the financial statements. Following the incident, the Company relocated its operations to an alternative premises and continues to trade as normal. Management does not expect the event to have a material impact on the Companys ability to continue as a going concern. Any financial effects arising from the incident will be recognised in the financial statements for the subsequent reporting period. The insurance claim was settled in full in June 2026.”
