“From the review of the abovementioned cash flow forecast and in consideration of the current activities and financial position of the LLP, the Members are satisfied that there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the LLP to continue as a going concern.”

- “During the period, one of the LLP's former clients, the fund managed by KDB Infrastructure Investments Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“KIAMCO") disposed of its investment in CCN Mersin Sağlık A.Ş., relating to which the LLP had an outstanding Arrangement and Advisor Service Agreement with KIAMCO, and a Services Agreement with its partner firm on the project, Infra Partners Management Korea Co., Ltd. The disposal gave rise to the termination of both agreements, under which all fees due to and owed by the LLP had previously been written down. Following the disposal, the aforementioned parties entered into respective Termination Agreements to formally acknowledge the disposal by KIAMCO's fund, the termination of all related agreements, and giving rise to a Termination Fee paid to the LLP from KIAMCO's fund of €157,500, of which €126,000 was paid to IPM Korea Co. Ltd.”
