“The principal business activity of the LLP during the year was the provision of Investment Management Services. The LLP receives management fees on all closed ended funds over a 10 or 12 year period, therefore the Members believe the business has adequate sources of funding to meet its future obligations and is well placed to manage its business risk successfully.”
