“As at 31 December 2025, the LLP had net current assets of £100 (2024: £100). The Designated Members is unaware of any significant factors likely to adversely affect the LLP in the foreseeable future. Taking into account funding resources, cash balances, forecast operating costs and known liabilities, the Designated Members is confident that the LLP will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the Designated Members believes it remains appropriate to continue to prepare the annual report and financial statements on a going concern basis.”
