“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Group's or the parent LLP's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The members consider that based on current and projected performance and taking into account the expected repayment profile of creditors that they would have sufficient resources available to meet its commitments as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Directors of a connected party have confirmed that the funds would be made available and the members are satisfied that there are sufficient available funds to provide this support. The members have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
