“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is profitable, generated net cash from operating activities of £2,304,836 during the period, and has net assets of £2,552,412. The directors acknowledge that the Company is in a net current liability position of £416,446 at the reporting date, arising principally from finance lease and hire purchase obligations falling due within one year. The directors are satisfied that the Company's continued profitability and operating cash flows are sufficient to meet these obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
