“The directors, having made due and careful enquiry, are of the opinion that the company and group have adequate working capital to execute its operations over the next 12 months following the date of approval of these financial statements. This assessment is based on the financial projections prepared by management which forecast profitable trading and adequate cash in the bank. The group continue to have access to financial support from its parent company if required. The directors, therefore, has made an informed judgement at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the company and group have adequate resources to continue in operations existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors has adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
