• “The past 12 months have represented a period of sustainable turnover growth, following the completion of several critical retail infrastructure and investment projects. In the past two years, we have: relocated our Southampton showroom to a prime first floor retail location in the West Quay shopping centre, which houses an instore watch workshop; opened a mono-brand TAG Heuer boutique in Glasgow on Buchanan Street, and in Edinburgh on Multrees Walk; moved into our new flagship showroom on Glasgow's Buchanan Street, which also hosts our Laings Service Centre and our head office teams; and launched our new website platform laingsuk.com. Amidst this we have continued to serve our clients from our Laings Edinburgh and Laings Cardiff showrooms alongside our mono-brand Omega showroom in Cardiff. Our jewellery services business has been supported by our teams in Glasgow and also in our Edinburgh workshop.”
• “In June 2025, the company refinanced its banking facilities and the previous loan arrangements were repaid in full. The new agreement includes total facilities of £14m, which consists of a term loan of £6m with a maturity date of June 2030 and an £8m revolving credit facility with a maturity date of June 2028. The refinancing was completed after the reporting date and therefore has not been reflected in the financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2025.”
