Furthermore, tlie parent company, Mars Hospitality (UK) Limited, has confirmed that if required, it will provide financial and operating support to enable the company to continue trading and meeting its liabilities as they fall due. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period for at least 12 montlis from the approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on going concern basis.”
