“As at 31 December 2025, the Company had net current assets of €nil (2024: €nil). The Directors are unaware of any significant factors likely to adversely affect the Company in the foreseeable future. Taking into account funding resources, cash balances, forecast operating costs and known liabilities, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors believes it remains appropriate to continue to prepare the annual report and financial statements on a going concern basis.”
