The net liability position at the balance sheet date is driven by intercompany balances. Callcredit Marketing Limited has received a letter of support from its ultimate parent entity, TransUnion. The letter of support confirms that any existing or future group liabilities will not be called and that additional working capital to meet day to day needs will be provided for at least twelve months from the approval of these financial statements.”
