“The Group continued to be loss making through 2025, although retained a net current asset position together with an overall net asset position. The director has reviewed various best and worst-case forward-looking scenarios which can be reasonably estimated through to the end of 2027 and concluded that the financial statements can be prepared on the going concern basis. The Group is expected to be financed from its own operating cash flows although consideration has been given to the possible need for external financing.”
