The directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate as they consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. There is no intention to dissolve the Company. There is reasonable assurance that the Company will be able to meet its obligations as they fall due. As such these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
