“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing this basis, the directors have obtained a letter of support from its parent company, Beagle Bidco Limited (the "Parent Company"). The Parent Company has agreed to provide continuing financial support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for a period to 31 August 2027. No material uncertainties have been identified that would cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern.”
