“The directors have concluded that whilst the combination of these circumstances represent a level of uncertainty for the business; after considering the processes described above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company - benefiting from support from Nordisk Games A/S, which is in turn supported by the group's ultimate commercial parent company, Egmont International Holding A/S - has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For these reasons, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
