“The director has prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, based on the group's base case assumptions and informed by a range of revenue scenarios considered in longer term planning. Based on this analysis, the director is satisfied that the group has sufficient liquidity to meet its liabilities and comply with its covenant requirements as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
