“The Company is reliant on continued financial support from its parent undertaking, as the majority of its assets comprise amounts due from group undertakings which are not readily realisable. Amounts owed to group undertakings are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. The director has received confirmation that the parent undertaking will continue to provide financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the director considers the going concern basis of accounting to be appropriate.”
