“The Company made a loss after taxation of £526,667 (2023: loss £81,219) and net liabilities of £1,921,646 (2023: £1,394,979). After reviewing the Company's forecast and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future. Further, the Company's parent undertaking has indicated that they will continue to provide financial support to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date the accounts are signed. The directors have satisfied themselves through enquiry and review of the parent undertaking cash flow forecasts, that it has the means and ability to provide such support to the Company if required. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
