“The company has positive net assets, sufficient cash to continue operations and is forecast to remain profitable in 2025 and 2026 following the qualification of new tools and technologies and subsequent increase of production to new capacity levels. The company will continue to be able to meet its obligations as they fall due, for the 12 months following the signing of the accounts. As such these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
